Express delivery
1. The total net value of the shopping order is over HKD 1000, and the local express fee in Hong Kong can be waived (except outlying islands and remote areas). Orders with a total net value of less than HK$1000 will be paid on delivery by SF Express. All products are only available in Hong Kong.
2. The company uses "SF Express Co., Ltd." to express products.
3. Under normal circumstances, the company will ship three to seven working days after confirming the order. Subject to product stock. We will email you the estimated delivery date or/and the tracking number of your order. The company will only arrange one delivery for all orders. If the shipment is returned, the company will contact you by email to follow up the follow-up arrangements. If redelivery is required, you will be charged a rescheduled courier fee.
